I ordered the pillow for a Christmas gift for my 14-yr old grandson. I'm so excited for him to see and use it. The camouflage covering is perfect for him since he's in Trail Life (similar to Boy Scouts) and has many lessons he has to learn for award badges. This was really a great gift that I got my girlfriend for valentines. Put our photos on it and she really loved it! Put a nice message on the recorder too.

We ordered and had a problem reading the instruction to record. We spoke to a representative and they sent us the Recorded Instruction via email and made sure we were comfortable with how to record as I spoke with them on the phone. Great Customer Service!
